Westray Chutney is run by Lynne Casson from her home, Cleaton House Hotel on the picturesque Island of Westray in the Orkneys

Lynne started making chutneys to serve alongside the dishes in her busy hotel. The demand for these flavoursome chutneys became so great that the business developed from there.
